Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
The ACLS course is for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units such as physicians, nurses, and paramedics, as well as others who need an ACLS course completion card for their job or other requirements. Cards are issued the same day from the American Heart Association.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support Experienced Provider (ACLS-EP)
ACLS for Experienced Providers goes beyond the core ACLS training by offering critical thinking opportunities for those advanced, experienced, healthcare professionals who use ACLS on a regular basis. The goal of ACLS EP is to improve outcomes in complex cardiovascular, respiratory and other (e.g., metabolic, toxicologic) emergencies by expanding on core ACLS guidelines and encouraging critical thinking and decision-making strategies. Through cooperative learning and active participation in case-based scenarios, learners enhance their skills in the differential diagnosis and treatment of prearrest, arrest and postarrest patients. Cards are issued the same day from the American Heart Association.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
The one day PALS course is designed for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units such as physicians, nurses, paramedics and others who need a PALS course completion card for their job or other requirements. Cards are issued the same day from the American Heart Association.

Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, & Stabilization (PEARS)
The PEARS course is designed for healthcare providers who infrequently deal with pediatrics. This course teaches providers how to use a systematic approach to quickly assess, recognize the cause, and stabilize a pediatric patient in an emergency situation. PEARS prepares providers to provide appropriate lifesaving interventions within the initial minutes of response until a child can be transferred to an advanced life support provider. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units such as physicians, nurses, EMTs and others who need a PEARS course completion card for their job or other requirements. Cards are issued the same day from the American Heart Association.

BLS Provider (BLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS) is the foundation for saving lives after cardiac arrest. This video-based, Instructor-led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both in-facility and prehospital settings. This course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills.Cards are issued the same day from the American Heart Association.

The CPR AED course is intended for all individuals who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements, including: security guards, airline personnel, police, firefighters.
It is also appropriate for lay rescuers who may have a need to respond to an emergency in the workplace, and family members of patients at high risk for sudden cardiac death. Cards are issued the same day.
